Privacy notice for the Jon Loomer connector

Who runs this
Jon Loomer Digital operates this connector for Power Hitters Club - Elite members. Questions or requests: email Jon at the address you already use for the membership.
What it does
It lets your own Claude account search Jon's Ad Briefs Library. Claude asks this service for passages; this service answers from its copy of the library. It never sees your Claude conversations, only the specific requests Claude sends it (a search phrase, a brief title, a glossary term, and any text you paste into one of its ready-made prompts).
What is collected and why
- Your membership email, to check with Keap that you are an active Elite member and to sign you in. Stored with your Keap contact number, sign-in times, the date you last used the connector, and a count of how often you use it. Deleted automatically after 180 days without activity, with one exception: if Jon has paused your access, your email and the fact of the pause are kept, and everything else in the record (contact number, all dates, counters, notes) is erased after the same 180 days, so the pause stays in effect until he removes it or you ask.
- Search phrases and titles that Claude sends, stored without any link to you and with the time rounded to the hour, so Jon can see which topics members ask about and where the library has gaps. Kept for 90 days, then deleted. Removing the link to your account does not make a phrase anonymous by itself: if you type identifying details into a question, they are stored as typed for those 90 days. Keep names, client details and account numbers out of your questions.
- Text you paste into a prompt (for example ad copy to review) passes through this service to Claude and is not stored here.
- Security records: sign-in link requests, approval events, and request counts, kept briefly to prevent abuse.
- Administrative records: when Jon pauses, restores, or re-checks an account, the action and the email involved are logged and kept for one year.
No advertising pixels, no analytics scripts, and no use of your questions for marketing.
Who else handles the data
- Cloudflare hosts the service and its storage.
- Keap is where your membership status is checked.
- Resend delivers the sign-in email.
- Anthropic (Claude) is your own provider. What Claude does with its side of the conversation is governed by your agreement with Anthropic, not by Jon.
How long and how to remove it
Search phrases: 90 days. Sign-in records: 180 days after your last use (paused accounts are kept until the pause is lifted). Sign-in links and security counters: hours. When your Elite membership ends, the connector normally stops working within about three hours (up to one hour for an access token to expire plus a two-hour membership cache). If the membership system is unreachable, an already-connected member can keep renewing access for up to 48 hours after their last confirmed check; no token issued in that window outlives it. To have your records deleted sooner, email Jon; disconnecting in Claude alone does not delete them.
Please don't send
Passwords, customer lists, or confidential client material. The connector needs none of it, and Jon would rather not hold it.
